A quick peek into history speaks the nature of rule that these two practiced, making their regimes dream regimes. A stress of both the reigns was upholding the law. In the deepest dark hour Shri Ram made Sita opt the Agni pareeksha. Thereby he made his point that trail is necessary to satisfy even the weakest citizen of the land, in spite he knowing the chastity of Sita. When the case of Ranga Patil-Raznekar was tried before young Shivaji he patiently let the trial be conducted allowing both the sides to present their arguments and then gave his verdict. Thus even this greatest King allowed the law of land to rule. 
But today the politically motivated parties established under the names of these great souls still fail the resurrect their kind of rule. Why? simply because they have no faith /belief in the lands law. Though they speak of Shivaji, they practice the law of Aurangzeb- Kill by will. Like Aurangzeb the political parties want their targeted criminals be just executed so that they start to reap political mileage from it. The lone survivor caught in the November attack on Mumbai seems to the new target. There is no doubt that Kasab is the culprit. But not letting him be tried by Indian Law is like helping him live longer for his deeds done. In case the agitating party workers feel that he should be directly be sentenced to death, then perhaps they are acting against the principles laid down by the person in whose name they established the party. Pelting stones endangering the lives of tax-payer, threatening the practitioners of law looks like the new age Ram Rajya.
Denying Kasab the trial is directly denying justice to those who died in those attack. While the attack was most heinous crime but seems the political parties who had been underground in the aftermath now seems to derive apt political mileage. Justice delayed is justice denied – which is already the case with Afzal guru and now seems will be with Kasab too. Kasab the already guilty person perhaps has accepted his fate but the political parties have not yet. These hooligans act only against the citizen who are feeble to resist them while they have no plans nor do they have actual guts to save the country from such attacks. All they have is long provocative editorials or worst derogatory words for other religions. Ask about constructive work and you shall find none. The only work they can do is stop the functioning of the already ailing government machinery. Not allowing a government employee to carry on his duties, create hindrances or cause the person to withdraw from his governmental duty- should that too not be a crime. Advocate Anjali Waghmare was just trying to perform her task assigned by the government. Earlier Advocate Mota felt its his moral responsibility not to fight for Kasab so he withdrew, but this lady felt that its her duty to follow her work then should she not be respected for that?. What right do this hooligans have to pelt stones or call names at her, when during the attack these all were hidden somewhere due their public angst.
The appalling part is that such behavior shall go un-noticed under the pretext of moral duty or the patriotism and the government will spend tax payers money as they need to protect Kasab until he is tried. Thus the loss is that we all end in wasting our money on setting special courts and added security for Kasab . I bet these hooligans like their lords are not the tax payers, so it hardly matters to them. But its for us to decide and see if are these really worth the promise that they claim to us -the so called Ram Rajya or Shiv Rajya. Anyway if incase these golden periods were to re-exist then what will the hooligans pelt stones at or whom will their Lords fool. So to all us fools keep getting fooled- Happy Fools Day.
